The BatchMetrics web based portal will enable all allowed employees to see the status of all materials, reports, Bridge transactions, Inventory issues, Process Orders status, etc. Part of the purpose of the Portal is to allow employees who are not directly working in manufacturing the Sample/Process Order (customer service, purchasing, upper management) to view information in real time without needing to contact those who do work in manufacturing.
